The Furla Online Shop aims to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and the best quality products. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, you can return your items free of charge within 30 days. Unfortunately, Sale items cannot be returned. Return shipping expenses are only free if you used the services of our official partner Australian Post. You can use the services of another courier at your own expense. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.
To return goods, click here and follow the instructions: you will be asked to insert the order number and the email address used for the purchase. Then, you will have to click ‘Return item(s)’ and specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. Once you have completed the procedure, you will receive the return instructions on how to proceed by email. Please remember that returned products must be sent in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. All products must be intact and in a new and unused condition. The return instructions must also be followed correctly. The Furla Online Shop will only reimburse the return if all these conditions are met. Change of mind returns on items can be made for any reason and returned free within 30 days. A full refund will be provided. Under no circumstances can it be returned by the recipient of a gift. Yes, you can. When requesting the return from the ‘Orders’ section on your account, you can select the items that you wish to return.
Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by email. Refunds may only be issued via the original payment used. When credit or debit cards are used, the refund time frame depends on the bank, but is approximately 7 working days.
Unfortunately Furla doesn't allow exchanges. However, it is possible to return the product received and place a new order for the product desired.
Under no circumstances can it be returned by the recipient of a gift.
