In addition, all order status and delivery information is visible from your personal account in the ‘Orders’ section. You can place your order online on furla.com and get your order delivered at your preferred location, or buy online and get your item delivered to one of our eligible stores.

Average delivery times for an order (after receiving the shipment confirmation email) depend on the delivery method chosen:

Standard delivery:

3-4 working days: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, UK and Croatia.

5-8 working days: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Hungary.

Express delivery:

1-2 working days (except Italy, where only standard delivery is available)

5-8 working days: Switzerland

Orders may experience shipping and delivery delays in the event of public holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter Monday, June 2nd, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th and December 26th.

Personalized items: from time of purchase, it will take 7 days to complete personalisation.

After receiving the shipment confirmation email, average delivery times for an item will vary according to the delivery method chosen.

While orders placed prior to 12PM will be processed the same day, please note that for those placed after 12PM further 24 hours must be added to the average delivery time starting from the receipt of the shipment confirmation email.

Shipping times of personalised products are the same as those of non-personalised ones. However, please note that from time of purchase, it may take up to 7 days to complete personalisation.

To guarantee you an accurate and fast delivery, some items from the same order may be sent from different locations. This does not create any additional costs for you. We will always inform you in advance when we are planning to ship out your items in different parcels. For each package shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email and a tracking link.
