The Furla Online Shop aims to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and the best quality products. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, we offer our customers free returns within 14 days of purchase for full price items. Items marked as Final Sale, Sale Special and Outlet are final sale; no returns or exchanges are accepted on these items.
To return goods, click here: please ensure to use the e-mail address with which you have created your My Furla profile and the 12-digit order number beginning with SFCUS (for instance SFCUS0012345) for which you would like to request a return. Once you have successfully completed the request, you will receive an e-mail with a pre-paid return label in attachment. Kindly print out the generated label and affix to the returning package. You may drop off the package at your nearest UPS access point or schedule a pickup online at ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877). We suggest you take note of the tracking number through which you can follow the shipment.
Yes, you can. When requesting the return from the ‘Orders’ section on your account, you can select the items that you wish to return.
Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by email. Refunds may only be issued via the original payment used. When credit or debit cards are used, the refund time frame depends on the bank, but is approximately 7 working days. If the full order is returned, any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are refunded. However, if only part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded (if paid).
Unfortunately Furla doesn't allow exchanges. However, it is possible to return the product received and place a new order for the product desired.
At this time, Furla.com does not process exchanges on gift orders. If a gift order is returned, the credit for the order will be issued to the original purchaser.
Purchases made during sales, clearance or other promotional periods cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items labeled "Outlet" cannot be returned or exchanged.
