Payment Period: Credit card will be billed once the order is shipped. Returns: The return of products purchased from the Furla official online store is possible if the conditions shown below are met. However, it is not possible to return products that have had the attached tags removed, items that were on sale, or items that have been used. • The return must be made within 14 days of the arrival of the products. • The products must not have been used. • The white card attached to the products with string must not have been removed. • The request to make the return must be coming from the customer who placed the order. In regard to purchases by Store Pick Up, you can’t return the product at the store. If you want, please receive it and ask to Customer Service within 14 days from you received. Furthermore, please be aware that we are unable to handle the return of products purchased from anywhere other than a store that officially handles Furla products.
